Once received, we aim to authenticate and evaluate your item(s) within 5 working days, although these timeframes can often be delayed. Unless there is an issue relating to this Sell Request, please allow 5 working days prior to contacting our support team.

CBE will contact you via the mobile number provided to confirm a definitive deal.

If a price is agreed upon – we will take your transfer details over the phone, and arrange a bank transfer.

If we are unhappy with the items, or a price cannot be agreed upon – we will cover the expense of returning your items to the address provided in your sell request.

If you are awaiting a payment, please allow 48 hours from the closure of the deal to contact support.
